Bunaíodh Gaelscoil Mhic Easmainn i 1978. Ó shin i leith bhí an scoil bródúil as an éide scoile thraidisiúnta a choimeád. Chaith na páistí an éide scoile sin le bród thar na blianta. Mar sin féin, deineadh cinneadh i 2025 éide nua ‘chliste’ a chur i láthair do pháistí na Gaelscoile. Tá dearadh an éide scoile nua compórdach agus cuma nua-aimseartha ghleoite air a thugann ómós fós do dhathanna na scoile. | Since the establishment of Gaelscoil Mhic Easmainn in 1978, the school has proudly kept the traditional uniform. Pupils wore the school uniform over the years with pride, and it was indeed a symbol of their identity. However, 2025 marked an exciting change as the school introduced a new ‘smart’ uniform. It has been designed for comfort, and its contemporary look still honours the school colours. The new uniform now features a practical and stylish half-zip or full zip top, paired with comfortable bottoms, all worn with a white polo shirt. This combination offers flexibility and ease of movement while presenting a modern look that suits everbody. Pupils and parents have quickly embraced the change. It is a new chapter in the schools history and it shows the importance of evolving with the times. |
